主要阐述了通过可编程控制器来实现四机驱动的规律平衡。通过测量各个电机的电流,并计算单机电流与平均电流的误差来控制电机的频率。在控制中采用了可编程控制器的PID功能来实现电机频率的控制,保证系统安全可靠运行。
This paper described through program logical controller to achieve a balanced driver laws. By measuring the motor electric current to account the error of single current and average current to control the frequency of motor.. The system uses the PID controller of PLC to achieve the electrical frequency control. ,which ensures the system safe and reliable operation.
