摘要
矿井提升机在煤矿安全生产中担任着至关重要的作用,因此对于提升机的实时监控显得尤为关键。从分析现场多发事故原因出发,提出了使用VB多线程技术提高上位机数据处理及归档速度,依靠PLC高可靠性等优势开发下位机,设计了一种经济实用且可靠性高的矿井提升机制动状态监控系统,并在工业性试验中取得了成功。
Mine hoist plays a central role in the coal mine safe production, which makes the hoist monitoring system much more important. The reasons of faults of mine hoist is analysed first, and then presents a new method of design of hoist monitoring system based on VB Multi-thread Technology and PLC is presented. The monitoring system is consisted by an industrial PC which using the multi-thread technology to improve the speed of data processing and archiving and PLC which raise the reliability of the system. Practical application shows that the design can achieve the desired effect.
