UG NX Post-processing Research on Five-axis CNC Machining Center

介绍了UG后处理开发的方法,以一个典型的A、B摆角的五轴FANUC系统数控龙门铣床为例,设定了机床参数、程序和刀轨参数,叙述了刀库后处理方法。指出了普通的UG NX/Post Builder产生的后处理文件不符合要求时,可利用Custom Command(用户自定义命令)来处理,生成符合条件的NC程序。

The development of UG post-processing methods isintroduced, take a typical A, B angles of five-axis gantry milling machine CNC FANUC system for example, set machine parameters, procedures and tool path parameters, described a method after the treatment of knife treasury. Pointed out that the general UG NX/Post Builder generated by post-processing files do not meet the requirements, they should make use of Custom Command （user-defined commands） to deal with, to generate the NC program in line with the conditions.
