阐述了YNRQD型液粘软启动装置在义煤集团新义煤业有限公司井下强力胶带输送机上的使用情况,介绍了该装置的结构特性及工作原理,结合现场实际,分析总结该装置在井下使用过程中常见机械系统、电控系统和液压控制润滑系统故障的原因及处理方法,为以后故障排除及诊断提供了依据,现场推广应用后,实现了设备正常安全运转。
