摘要
提升机是煤矿安全生产的咽喉设备之一,而滑动故障是导致提升系统发生事故的主要因素之一,因此对提升系统的滑动故障进行研究具有十分重要的意义。详细分析了提升机在启动加速阶段、等速运行阶段和紧急制动阶段的滑动机理,并在此基础上分析了提升机滑动故障的故障树,对于进一步加强提升系统滑动故障的研究、监控和预防具有一定的借鉴意义。
The hoist is one of the key equipments that production in coal mine scene, and the fault type of sliding fault is a main reason of resulting accident in the mine hoist system, so it is necessary to research the sliding fault of hoist system. Analyzed the sliding mechanism of start to accelerate phase, isokinetic phase and emergency braking phase, which on the basis, the fault tree was also pointed out, which is significative for strengthen the research, monitor and prevention of sliding fault in the mine hoist system.
