摘要
目的:探讨模拟训练教学法在孕妇学校教学中的应用效果。方法:将260例孕妇分为实验组和对照组各130例,实验组在常规教学中运用多媒体视频模拟、模型模拟、虚拟模拟、角色模拟等模拟训练教学模式,对照组运用常规教学模式,观察两组孕产妇对教学模式的反馈,对分娩方式的选择及最终分娩结局,分娩时主动配合助产情况,观察3个月纯母乳喂养、育儿新技术婴儿抚触、婴儿游泳应用情况。结果:实验组孕产妇对教学模式评价,分娩时主动配合助产状况较对照组好,自然分娩率、母乳喂养成功率、育儿新技术应用率等方面均优于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:模拟训练教学法能有效锻炼孕产妇自我护理和育婴技能操作能力,提高孕妇学校教学效果,发挥孕产妇分娩配合助产的主动性,提高自然分娩率和母乳喂养成功率,育儿新技术婴儿抚触、婴儿游泳在家庭得以较好实施和普及。
Objective: To explore the application value of simulation training method in teaching of pregnancy school. Methods: 260 pregnant women were divided into study group ( 130 cases) and control group ( 130 cases) . Pregnant women in study group received simulation training method by means of multimedia video simulation, model simulation, virtual simulation and role - modeling simulation; while pregnant women in control group received conventional teaching mode. The feedbacks from the two groups, the choices of delivery modes, the final childbirth outcomes, the eooperalion of midwitery were observed, and the application of full breast feeding, infant touching and baby swimming on the third months after birth were recorded. Results: The evaluation of simulation training method, cooperation during delivery in study group were better than those in control group, the rate of natural delivery, success rate of breast feeding and application rate of child rearing teehniques in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Simulation training method can improve the ability of self- care and operational capacity of child rearing techniques in pregnant women, promote cooperation during delivery, increase the rate of natural delivery and success rate of breast feeding, and popularize new techniques of child rearing.
