摘要
目的:探讨血清生长抑素(SS)、神经肽Y(NPY)和胰岛素生长因子-I(IGF-I)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的水平变化。方法:采用放射免疫分析法对窒息组和对照组中患儿的血清生长抑素(SS)、神经肽Y(NPY)和胰岛素生长因子-I(IGF-I)进行测定。结果:在HIE平稳期时SS与IGF-I水平上升,但仍低于正常对照组,在HIE轻、中、重组中SS与IGF-I水平均存在显著差异,急性期组与平稳期组比较,P<0.05;平稳期组与对照组比较,P<0.05;急性期组与对照组比较,P<0.05。HIE中NPY的水平均明显高于对照组,中度组的NPY水平明显高于轻度组,轻度组的NPY水平明显高于对照组,重度组又高于中度组,各组数据均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:SS、NPY和IGF-I与HIE的发病机制可能密切相关。
Objective: To explore the changes of serum somatostatin (SS), neuropeptide Y (NPY) and insulin growth factor- I (IGF -I) in neonates with hypoxic -ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) . Methods: The levels of SS, NPY and IGF - I in asphyxia group and control group were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: In steady period, the levels of SS and IGF - I increased, but were lower than those in control group ; there was significant difference in SS and IGF - I levels among mild, medium and severe HIE groups ; there was significant difference in SS and IGF - I levels between acute period and steady period in HIE group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; there was significant difference in SS and IGF - I levels between steady period, acute period in HIE group and control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the level of NPY in HIE group was significantly higher than that in control group, the level of NPY in medium HIE group was significantly higher than that in mild HIE group, the level of NPY in mild HIE group was significantly higher than that in control group, the level of NPY in severe HIE group was significantly higher than that in medium HIE group (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion: SS, NPY and IGF - I may be related to pathogenesis of HIE closely.
