摘要
目的:探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在子宫内膜异位症(EM)发病中的作用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法检测30例子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者和30例非内异症患者血清及腹腔液中COX-2的含量。结果:EM患者腹腔液中COX-2水平明显高于血清及非EM患者(P<0.01),Ⅲ～Ⅳ期EM患者腹腔液COX-2水平高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2在EM发病中起着重要作用。
Objective ： To explore the role of eyclooxygenase - 2 （ COX - 2 ） in pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods ： The levels of COX - 2 in serum and peritoneal fluid were detected by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in 30 women with endometriosis and 30 women without endometriosis. Results： The level of COX -2 in peritoneal fluid of endometriosis group was significantly higher than those in serum of endometriosis group and serum and peritoneal fluid of non - endometriosis group （P 〈 0. 01 ） . In peritoneal fluid of endometriosis group, the level of COX - 2 of stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ was higher than that of stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： COX - 2 plays an important role in pathogenesis of endometriosis.
