河北太行山区生态旅游可持续开发模式探讨

Discussion on ecotourism development model in Taihang Mountain Area of Hebei Province

生态旅游是针对旅游业对环境的影响而产生和倡导的一种专项旅游,以保护资源与环境为前提,重视生态环境保护、环境教育和社区参与,已成为全球旅游发展的热点。河北太行山区有着丰富的自然资源、丰厚的文化底蕴和优越的地理位置,是开展生态旅游的理想之地,但是由于沿袭了传统的开发模式,对生态环境的保护不够重视,环境污染、生态退化现象仍比较普遍。在对河北太行山区生态旅游发展现状分析的基础上,对其发展生态旅游进行了SWOT分析,因地制宜提出了山区农村生态旅游开发模式、区域合作开发模式以及社区参与生态旅游模式等,并探讨了实施可持续发展模式的相应保证措施,以期为实现经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的统一,促进当地旅游业的发展提供科学依据。

Hebei Taihang Mountain area is rich in natural resources, cultural foundation and excellent geographical location, so it is the ideal place of developing ecotourism. However, due to following traditional development model, environmental protection is not taken seriously enough, and environmental pollution and ecological degradation phenomena are still relatively common. On the basis of analysis on current tourism situation we made an analysis on its strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, and revealed the key issues in ecotourism development. By the light of local conditions, we constructed the rural mountain ecotourism development model, regional cooperation model and community participatory model, and brought forward corresponding measures to guarantee implementation of these sustainable development models, with a view to achieving unification of economic, social and ecological benefits, and providing a scientific basis for promoting local tourism industry development.
