临床护士评判性思维现状调查分析 被引量:9

摘要 评判性思维(CT)又称批判性思维,是运用已有的知识经验对问题及解决方法进行选择、识别假设,在反思的基础上进行分析、推理,做出合理判断和正确取舍的高级思维方法及形式。从护理角度来看,评判性思维是对临床复杂护理问题进行有目的、有意义的自我调控性的判断、反思、推理及决策过程。
