超氧化物歧化酶对培养兔晶体的保护作用及透射电镜观察

摘要 应用兔晶体体外培养方法,观察超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对其生长、代谢的影响,并通过透射电镜技术观察其晶体上皮细胞的超微结构。结果表明:未加SOD的培养晶体其上皮细胞结构多有损伤,而加SOD的培养晶体的上皮细胞内结构未受损伤,其细胞内结构保持完好。可以认为,SOD做为一种抗氧化剂。 To Observe the cell viability and survival and the ultrastructure of lens epithelia cells on rabbit lens cultured rabbit lenses were exposed in incubated medium MEM with or without SOD added at 10 U%/ml for 7 days.Transmission microscopy was used to observe ultrastructure of rabbit lens epithelia.Results showed the cyto-structure of epithelia cells was damaged without SOD added to the medium and other with SOD added to the media was not damaged.We consider SOD has a protection on cultured lens as a antioxider.
