摘要
应用兔晶体体外培养方法,观察超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对其生长、代谢的影响,并通过透射电镜技术观察其晶体上皮细胞的超微结构。结果表明:未加SOD的培养晶体其上皮细胞结构多有损伤,而加SOD的培养晶体的上皮细胞内结构未受损伤,其细胞内结构保持完好。可以认为,SOD做为一种抗氧化剂。
To Observe the cell viability and survival and the ultrastructure of lens epithelia cells on rabbit lens cultured rabbit lenses were exposed in incubated medium MEM with or without SOD added at 10 U%/ml for 7 days.Transmission microscopy was used to observe ultrastructure of rabbit lens epithelia.Results showed the cyto-structure of epithelia cells was damaged without SOD added to the medium and other with SOD added to the media was not damaged.We consider SOD has a protection on cultured lens as a antioxider.
