摘要
为了探究胶东卫矛的耐盐机理,以1年生胶东卫矛为材料,用不同浓度NaCl,Na2SO4和NaCl+Na2SO4复合盐溶液对其进行处理,观测分析光合作用的变化规律。试验结果表明,在盐胁迫下,胶东卫矛叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度均随盐浓度升高而降低;叶片胞间CO2浓度呈先降低后升高的规律。盐胁迫的不同时期,抑制胶东卫矛光合作用的主要因素不同,胁迫前期光合速率下降的主要原因在于气孔限制,后期为非气孔因素。
To understand salt tolerance mechanism to Euonymus kiautschoicus loes ,this experiment took one-year-old Euonymus kiautschoicus loes seeding as materials ,the effects of salt stress on photosynthesis influence of Euonymus kiautschoicus loes treated with NaCl, Na2SO4 and NaCl + Na2SO4 at different concentration were observed and analyzed. The result showed that in the situation of the salt stressing, the net photosynthetic rate (NPR), transpiration rate and stomata conductance were reducing with the salt concentration rising. The intercellular CO2 content was reducing first and grew lately. The main factors inhibiting photosynthesis was different during different tolerance period. In the initial phase, the main reason of NPR' s reduce was stomatas' s limit. In the post-stress the main limiting factors is non-stomata.
