环介导等温扩增法(LAMP)在水生动物病害检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 近年来我国的水产养殖发展迅速,养殖面积和产量都位居世界第一。但是疾病频发一直是困扰水产养殖的一个问题,而病原的快速检测是水产动物疾病防控的前提和关键。随着水产病害基础研究的不断深入,病原的检测技术也得到快速发展。本文介绍了一种新型的核酸扩增技术——环介导等温扩增(l oop-medi at ed i sot hermalampl i f i cat i on,LAMP),综述了近年来LAMP方法在水生动物病害检测领域的具体应用实例和研究进展,并对该方法的应用前景做了展望。
