摘要 研究了工业废渣掺量与掺加方式、砂胶比、钢纤维掺量对超高性能混凝土流动性和力学性能的影响规律。通过复掺工业废渣方式大掺量取代水泥,普通砂全部取代细石英砂;掺入短细钢纤维,优化基体组成,在普通成型和标准养护条件下,制备出了90d抗压强度达200MPa的超高性能混凝土。 The effects of the amount and addition approaches of industrial waste residue, sandbinder ratio and steel fiber content on the fluidity and mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete are studied. Under the normal molding and standard curing condition, ultra-high performance concrete with compressive strength of 200MPa is prepared by using the ways of composite industrial waste residue replacing cement greatly, common sand substituting quartz sand totally, adding small-sized steel fiber and optimizing the matrix composition.
