PFN及DHS内固定术治疗不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果比较 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨治疗不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的可靠手术方法。方法分别采用股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)及动力髋螺钉(DHS)对68例不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折患者行髓内、髓外固定术,观察两组术中、术后情况及髋关节功能恢复情况。结果与DHS组比较,PFN组手术时间短、术中失血量少、切口长度小,全身并发症、切口并发症发生率及术后1 a内病死率低,髋关节功能恢复优良率高(P均<0.05)。结论PFN与DHS内固定术均为治疗不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的可靠方法,其中前者更为安全、有效。
