外伤性硬膜下积液105例临床分析

Analysis of 105 cases of traumatic subdural hygroma

目的:探讨外伤性硬膜下积液的临床特点、发病机制和治疗。方法:对105例外伤性硬膜下积液患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:105例中,非手术治疗64例,其中随访49例,痊愈8例,显效31例,无效10例,有效率79.6%;手术治疗41例,均随访,痊愈15例,显效20例,无效6例,有效率85.4%。随访总有效率82.2%。结论:在外伤性硬膜下积液治疗中,应采取综合治疗方法。

Objective：To study the clinical features,pathogenesis and treatment of traumatic subdural hygroma.Methods：The clinical data of 105 cases of traumatic subdural hygroma were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Of the 105 cases,64 were treated by non-surgery therapy and 41 by surgical intervention.In the non-surgery group,the result was good in 8 cases,fair in 31 cases and poor in 10 cases;and the effective rate was 79.6%.In the surgical intervention group,the result was good in 15 cases,fair in 20 cases and poor in 6 cases;and the response rate was 85.4%.The total effective rate was 82.2%.Conclusions：Combined therapy should be adopted in treatment of patients with traumatic subdural hygroma.
