摘要
以国外进口硬果型番茄和国产合作903番茄为试材,开展了果实延期采收、硬度测定以及果实贮藏等对比试验,研究结果表明,国外硬果型番茄较合作903普遍表现出延期采收期长、果实硬度高、耐贮运性好等优点,其中以倍盈番茄品种综合表现最佳。贮藏期间引发各硬果型品种失去商品性的主要因素为果实失水出现表皮干皱,而腐烂果比例很低。而合作903因腐烂导致果实变坏的比例明显要高。
A series of comparison tests including delayed harvest, measurement of fruit firmness and tolerance to storage were studied between imported tomato with hard fruit and domestic Hezuo 903 tomato. The results showed that imported tomato with hard fi＇uit generally characters longer delayed harvest, the harder fruits, better tolerance to storage, etc, compared with Hezuo 903, of which Beiying tomato has the best overall performance.
