摘要
对高强橡胶混凝土进行了单轴受压试验,得到了不同掺量、不同胶粉粒径的高强橡胶混凝土的应力-应变曲线。分析了胶粉掺量及粒径对高强橡胶混凝土本构曲线的影响,提出了高强橡胶混凝土轴心抗压强度的计算公式。根据实测的应力-应变曲线特点,提出了包含上升段本构参数A和下降段本构参数α的高强橡胶混凝土单轴受压本构方程。研究发现,A和α随着胶粉掺量的增加而减小,胶粉的粒径对参数A和α影响不明显,给出了参数A和α的计算公式。
Uniaxial compressive test of high strength crumb rubber concrete is conducted. The stress-strain curves of high strength crumb rubber concrete with different contents and sizes of crumb rubber are obtained. The influence of content and size of crumb rubber on constitutive equation of high strength crumb rubber concrete is analyzed. The calculation formula for the compressive strength of high strength crumb rubber concrete is presented. Based on the stress-strain curves,the uniaxial compressive constitutive equations containing rising phase parameter A and falling phase parameter α are established. The results show that the constitutive parameters A and α decrease with the increase of crumb rubber content,while the influence of crumb rubber size on A and α is unobvious. The calculation formula of parameter A and α are established.
