利用油页岩废渣制备墙体砖的研究

Research on preparation of wall bricks using oil shale waste

在对油页岩渣化学成分进行分析的基础上,研究了利用油页岩废渣制备免蒸免烧墙体砖的可行性,并从原料配方、挤压工艺参数等方面进行了试验研究,成功地采用挤压成型的方法将油页岩渣、粉煤灰等工业废渣用于制备墙体砖,为油页岩渣资源化利用开辟了一条有效途径。

Through analyzing the chemical compositions of the oil shale waste,this paper studies the possibility of using ail shale waste to produce nan-fired and non-steamed wall bricks. Then,experimental studies are made an aspects of raw material for- mula and extrusion process parameters, and wall bricks are prepared successfully with oil shale waste and fly ash by extrusion molding method,creating an effective way for resource recovery of oil shale waste.
