摘要 金属离子负载型阳离子交换树脂可用于催化合成双酚F。研究表明,负载Al3+的强酸性阳离子交换树脂在合成双酚F反应中具有较高的催化活性。该树脂催化剂的制备条件为:反应温度78℃,反应时间16 h,三氯化铝/乙醇溶液质量分数0.16。该负载型树脂催化合成双酚F,合成收率达80.67%。 Metal ions supported cation exchange resins were used as catalysts to synthesize bisphenol F. It was found that the supported strong acidic cation-exchange resin containing Al^3+ showed high activity for the synthesis of bisphenol F. The preparation process of the resin catalyst was as follows: the reaction temperature was 78℃, the reaction time was 16 h and the weight percentage aluminium trichloride in ethanol was 0. 16%. The yield of bisphenol F could reach 80.67% on the supported resin catalyst.
