Recent Progress in Synthesis of Terminal Arylacetylenes

摘要 芳基末端炔是重要的有机合成中间体,可用于合成芳基取代聚炔而作为具有光、电、磁等多种性能的新型功能材料;同时可通过铜催化的炔-叠氮环加成而广泛应用于含1,2,3-三氮唑药物、农药、材料的合成。综述近年来芳基末端炔的合成研究进展。 Terminal arylacetylenes are important organic intermediates. Aryl substituted polyacetylenes and their derivatives exhibit a lot of novel optical, electric, magnetic properties. The copper-catalyzed 1,3- dipolar cycloaddition ("click reaction") between alkynes and azides plays an important role in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals, pesticides and materials containing 1,2, 3-triazole group. The recent progress in synthesis of terminal arylacetylenes was reviewed.
