摘要
从堆芯核设计、调节棒组件结构设计及安全分析等方面,论证了CANDU-6(CANadian Deuterium Uranium reactor)型重水反应堆反应性控制系统用钴调节棒组件代替不锈钢调节棒组件后,具有与原不锈钢调节棒组件相同的功能,即钴调节棒组件结构分类、堆内布置和运行方式与不锈钢调节棒组件相同,并且堆芯物理特性保持不变,也能确保堆芯安全运行及产钴过程中的辐射安全。
The reactor core design, mechanical design of cobalt adjuster rod assembly and safety analysis have been performed after the 21 stainless steel adjuster rod assemblies were replaced by cobalt adjuster rod assemblies in the reactivity control system of CANDU-6 reactor. The analysis results show that the grouping, distribution in reactor, and operation mode of the cobalt adjuster rod assemblies are the same as the stainless steel adjuster rod assemblies. During the operation of the cobalt adjuster rod assemblies for producing 60Co, the reactor core nuclear property, the reactor safety operation, and the radioprotection safety can be preserved.
