基于IC卡的汽车尾气排放检测数据管理信息系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of an Automobile Exhaust Emission Inspecting Data Management Information System Based on IC Cards

虽然国家已经制定了严格的汽车尾气排放标准,尾气检测依然是目前我国环保的薄弱环节,尾气检测方式和尾气排放检测数据管理方式都有待提高。本文利用接触式IC卡和管理信息系统技术设计并实现了一套汽车尾气排放检测数据管理信息系统,主要完成对CO、NO、烟度等汽车排放的尾气信息进行采集、入库、写卡、读卡、查询、导入导出及权限、用户管理等功能。该系统有助于提高我国汽车尾气排放检测和数据管理水平,为实现汽车尾气排放检测管理的科学化、信息化和现代化打下坚实的基础。

A strict automobile exhaust emission standard has been made, but exhaust emission inspection is still the weak link of environmental protection at present. Thus the exhaust emission inspection method and the inspection data management method should be improved. This paper uses contact IC cards and a management information system to design and realize an automobile exhaust emission inspecting data management information system, which mainly performs data collection, input, card writing, card reading, query, import, export, authority and user management,and so on. The system is conducive to improving the level of automobile exhaust emission inspecting and data management and lays a solid foundation for realizing the scientific process, informatization, modernization of automobile exhaust emission inspecting management.
