摘要
目的:探讨高原肺水肿治疗前后几种血清酶和尿酸的变化。方法:在海拔3700m对8例高原肺水肿患者在治疗前和临床治愈后检测其血清天冬氨酸氨基转移(AST),α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),血尿酸(UA)和尿液尿酸(UUA)的含量,并以初入相同海拔高度第10天的10名健康青年为对照。结果:治疗前较治愈后AST、UA、UUA增高非常显著(P<0.01),α-HBDH、CK、LDH增高显著(P<0.05);治愈后较对照组均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测高原肺水肿患者上述4种血清酶和尿酸的含量,对判断病情的严重程度。
Objective:To inquire the changes of some serum enzyme and urine acid before high altitude pulmonary edema treatment and after cured.Methods:There are 8 patients with high altitude pulmonary edema at 3 700m to determine their AST,α-HBDH,CK,LDH-L,UA and UUA,and compared with the 10 health youths who arrived there for 10 days.Results:Before treatment ,their AST,UA,UUA are increase very notably than after cured( P <0 01),CK,α-HBDH and LDH-L increased also( P <0 05),compare the cured group with the contrast group there is no notable discrepancy( P >0 05).Conclusion:It is very significant for judged patient′s condition and prognosis and complication that determine AST,α-HBDH,CK,LDH-L,UA and UUA of the patient with high altitude pulmonary edema.
