退变性腰椎管狭窄症的围手术期护理

The nursing experience about degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis during perioperative period

目的探讨退变性腰椎管狭窄症(degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis,DLSS)的围手术期护理体会。方法回顾性分析我科32例DLSS患者于椎板减压结合椎弓根内固定及横突间植骨融合治疗过程中的护理资料。结果32例患者均完成6个月以上门诊随访,术后跛行消失者27例,下肢肌力恢复正常者23例。11例肌萎缩患者中10例明显改善,28例合并下肢感觉障碍者,7例完全恢复,16例部分恢复。结论根据DLSS患者特质和疾病特点,规范围手术期护理,可减少相关并发症与加快康复。

Objective To explore nursing experience about degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis （DLSS） during perioperative period. Methods There were 32 cases of DLSS who had operations of decompression procedure of vertebral plate, internal fixation of pedicle of vertebral arch and bone graft between transverse process, and whose nursing data during perioperative period was analysed retrospectively. Results All 32 patients got follow-up 6 months after above mentioned operations. There were 27 cases who got relieves about claudication, 23 cases whose muscle force of lower limbs got recovered, 10 cases got improved about myatrophy among 11 cases, and 23 cases got complete or partly improved about sensory disability. Conclusion It is beneficial to confine the nursing about DLSS during perioperative period so as to reduce relative complications and accelerate rehabilitation.
