进驻高原不同海拔高度不同时间健康青年血脂与载脂蛋白的变化 被引量:6

GHANGES OF BLOOD—LIPID AND APO IN HEALTHY YOUNG ADULTS UNDER VARIOUS ALTITUDE CONDITION

摘要 目的:探讨不同海拔高度不同居住高原时间健康人脂质代谢状况;方法:对从平原进驻海拔3700m和5380m高原第7天和半年的某部官兵血清胆固醇(Ch),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白(HDL—C),低密度脂蛋白(LDL—C)及载脂蛋白A—1(ApoA—1),载脂蛋白B(ApoB)进行检测,并与海拔1400m健康青年作对照。结果:初入高原Ch、TG明显高于平原(P<0.05或P<0.01),且随海拔高度的升高而增高(P<0.01),居住时间的延长而降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。HDL—C和LDL—C在海拔3700m居住半年及5380m居住第7天和半年均较平原降低显著(P<0.05或P<0.01),LDL—C随居住时间的延长,海拔高度的升高而降低(P<0.01)。HDL—C变化无显著性差异(P<0.05)。ApoA—1在进驻5380m第7天和半年明显低于平原(P<0.05或P<0.01),且随居住时间的延长而增高(P<0.05);ApoB在5380m居住半年明显高于第7天及海拔1400m(P<0.05)。结论:高原地区缺氧引起脂质代谢加强,这可能是机体对维持细胞和组织的能量供给的一种应激性反应。 Objective:To explore the significance of the changes of blood-lipid and Apo in healthy young adults under various altitude condition for different exposed-times.Methods:level of Ch,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and Apo(Apo A-1,Apo B) in serum were examined in healthy officers and soldiers(male,mean age 19 6 year-old)who ascended to altitude of 3 700 m and 5 380m from 1 400m on 7th day and after 6 postaltitude months and compared with that at 1 400m altitude.Results:(1)the level of Ch and TG were remarkably higher on the 7th postaltitude day than before exposure to altitude( P <0 05 or 0 01)and increased with elevating altitude( P <0 01;in contrast;were decreased with prolong exposed-time( P <0 05 or <0 01).(2)the level of HDL-C and LDL-C were decreased at 5 380m altitude on the 7th day and for 6 months and after postaltitude(3 700m) 6 months ( P <0 05 or <0 01),and lower LDL-C with higher altitude and longer exposed-time( P <0 01),but HDL-C had no a great changes( P >0 05).(3)Level of ApoA-1 was lower on 7th postaltitude day and for 6 months at 5 380m altitude than at plain(1 400m),but was increased followed longer exposed-time( P <0 05).(4)the level of Apo B was higher after the 6 months postaltitude(5 300m) than that on 7th day and at plain.Conclusion:under high altitude environment,that the metabolism of the lipid is strengthened in healthy young adults could be a stress reaction to maintain energy of human.
