柴油机双进气道流动特性的数值模拟及试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在与稳流试验对等的边界条件及评价方法下,利用CFD软件Fire对气道稳流试验进行了数值模拟。计算结果显示出在气道稳流试验条件下气流运动的详细状况。模拟结果与试验结果的对比表明,数值模拟所得流量系数和涡流比与试验结果基本吻合,气道数值模拟结果具有一定的可信度。 The CFD simulation has been made on the steady flow in intake port by means of software Fire. The simulated flow field provides a detailed insight into the processes governing flow under port steady flow test conditions. To compare the results of simulation and steady-state flow experimental testing, the same boundary conditions and evaluation methods are applied. Comparison shows that flow coefficient and swirl ratio from numerical simulation are consistent with those from testing, and the accuracy of simulation is acceptable.
