摘要
从分析凝胶注模成型陶瓷悬浮体的固化机制入手总结了陶瓷坯体内应力产生的根源,并从缺陷控制角度指出,内应力在陶瓷坯体中的遗传和发展容易导致宏观裂纹的产生。通过改善凝胶体系来调控高分子网络,如利用丙烯酸羟乙酯与丙烯酰胺的共聚,或者在陶瓷浓悬浮体中添加适量聚乙二醇增塑陶瓷坯体可有效控制和消除陶瓷坯体中的内应力。
In this article, the origin of the internal stress in the ceramic green bodies is concluded by analyzing the solidification of concentrated ceramic suspension during the gelcasting. Furthermore,from the point of view of the defect's controlling, it's indicated that the inheriting and varying of the internal stress during the ceramic green body can result in the macro crack easily. Adjusting polymer network structure by designing new gel-system is a valid method of removing the internal stress. Copolyrnerization proper polyethylene glycol into the concentrated ceramic between hydroxyl-ethyl-acrylate and acrylamide, or adding suspension, both can reduce or avoid internal stress in the green body effectively.
