莪术油肝动脉灌注治疗大鼠移植性肝癌

Therapeutic effect of Curcuma aramatica oil infused via hepatic artery against transplanted hepatoma in rats *

目的观察莪术油经动脉灌注对大鼠移植性肝癌的治疗作用．方法复制４０只大鼠移植性肝癌模型，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各２０只．经胃十二指肠动脉至肝固有动脉分别灌注莪术油（１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）及生理盐水（０２ｍＬ～０３ｍＬ）．结果与对照组比较，莪术油治疗组大鼠的肿瘤生长（ＧＲ）受到显著抑制（１０８％±４５％ｖｓ２０６％±１２７％，Ｐ＜００５），肿瘤坏死程度加重（Ｐ＜００１），生存时间明显延长（１４８ｄ±３４ｄｖｓ１１７ｄ±１９ｄ，Ｐ＜００５）．结论莪术油经肝动脉灌注对大鼠移植性肝癌具有治疗作用．

AIM To observe the therapeutic effect of Curcuma aramatica oil (CAO) infused via hepatic artery against transplanted hepatoma in rats. METHODS Forty rats bearing transplanted hepatoma were randomly divided into two groups, each of which included twenty rats. CAO (10mg/kg) and normal saline (0 2-0 3mL) were infused from gastroduodenal artery into hepatic artery, respectively, in the treated and controlled groups of rats. RESULTS Compared with the controlled rats, the tumor growth rates of CAO rats were significantly decreased (10 8%±4 5% vs 20 6%±12 7%, P <0 05), the tumor necrosis was more extensive ( P <0 01) and the survival time was prolonged ( 14 8d ± 3 4d vs 11 7d ± 1 9d , P <0 05 ). CONCLUSION A therapeutic efficacy of CAO infused via hepatic artery against hepatoma could be obtained in the rats bearing transplanted hepatoma.
