板翅式换热器热力学特性的仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 为进一步优化高效换热器的结构参数和设计方案,以铝制板翅式换热器中常用的锯齿形翅片为研究对象,采用计算流体力学(CFD)模拟方法,分析换热器内部的热力学特性。同时通过换热器性能试验验证模型的正确性,在此基础上,分别分析了锯齿形翅片的翅片高度、翅片厚度和翅片间距对其传热和流动特性的影响。
