摘要
分析了现有微机控制系统下矩阵键盘的设计及控制方案,指出了其存在的非本质安全问题。针对这些问题,按照本质安全电路的设计规范和PLC I/O端口特性,设计了一种适用于易燃易爆场所的可与PLC接口的本质安全型矩阵键盘并给出了相应的控制程序。工业运行试验表明,应用到矿井局部通风机群控系统的本安键盘具有良好的人机交互功能及本安特性。
The control scheme of matrix keyboard for micro-computers in common use is analyzed and the problem existed, such as un-intrinsically safety, is advanced in this paper. In view of the problem, an intrinsically safe matrix keyboard and its control program based on PLC for various flammable and explosive locations are given according to the design specifications of intrinsically safe circuits and the I/O port requirements of PLC. It has been proved by industry test that this intrinsically safe matrix keyboard used in mining local fan control system has good characteristics with good humanmachine interaction and intrinsically safe.
