摘要
目的:研究茶多酚对人牙菌斑的控制作用。方法:选择10位志愿者的60个牙进行短期含漱试验,以0.2%乙醇为阴性对照,0.2%洗必太液为阳性对照,以菌斑指数(PLI))代表控制菌斑的结果。结果:0.5%绿茶多酚漱口后,PLI值明显低于阴性对照组(P<0.001)。PLI值下降了33%。用加NaF的茶多酚液含漱后,PLI值比未加NaF的茶多酚液下降了22%(P<0.001)。结论:茶多酚能有效去除菌斑,且与氟有协同作用。
Aim: To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols (TP) on dental plaque in vivo. Methods: We selected 60 teeth of 10 volunteers to attend the short-term mouth rinsing test, and took 0.2% ethanol as placebo, 0.2% chlorhexidine as positive contrast, plaque index(PLI) was recorded to present plaque control effect. Results: PLI after rinsing with 0.5% GTP (Green Tea Polyphenols) lowered about 33% than that of the passive control team( P <0.001). PLI after rinsing with TP solution containing fluoride lowered about 22% than that after rinsing with TP solution without fluoride( P <0.001). Conclusions: TP can remove dental plaque effectively, but the antiplque effect is less than that of chlorhexidine.
