摘要
采用固相萃取前处理技术,结合液相色谱紫外检测法测定了食品包装用复合塑料中迁移出的7种初级芳香胺(2,6-二氨基甲苯、2,4-二氨基甲苯、苯胺、1,5-二氨基萘、4,4'-二氨基二苯醚、4,4'-亚甲基二苯胺和3,3'-二甲基联苯胺)含量。紫外检测波长分别为240nm和280nm(针对3,3'-二甲基联苯胺)。实验表明采用苯乙烯二乙烯基苯为填料的EnviTM-ChromP固相萃取柱和ZORBAXBonus-RP液相色谱柱,更适合水基食品模拟物中初级芳香胺的萃取与分离。目标分析物浓度在0.0025~0.5mg/L范围内,各线性相关系数均大于0.9996,方法回收率在95%~107%之间,相对标准偏差在7.6%以内,各目标分析物的方法检测限均为0.8μg/L。
Seven primary aromatic amines from food packaging materials of multi-layer plastic were determined by the SPE-HPLC-UV. The amines include toluene-,6-diamine,toluene-,4-diamine,aniline,,5-Diaminonaphthalene,4,4'-Oxydianiline,4,4'-Diaminodiphenylmethane,and ,3'-Dimethylbenzidine. The detection wavelengths of 240 nm and 280 nm (only for ,3'-Dimethylbenzidine) were selected. The results showed that the styrene-divinylbenzene-copolymer-based extraction adsorbents and the Bonus-RP chromatographic column are more suitable for the extraction and separation of the aromatic amines,and that the correlation coefficients are more than 0.9996 when the concentrations of the analytes are between 0.0025~0.5 mg/L; the RSD is less than 7.6%;the recovery rate is between 95%~107%; the detection limit of the target analytes is 0.8 μg/L.
