摘要
通过向输墨系统建模模块输入墨辊信息,建立了墨辊、接触点和墨辊墨区的数学模型,并得到输墨系统的结构;提出利用图论APSP知识解决下墨路径长度问题,并利用floyd算法求得各接触点下墨路径长度;根据传递路线的长度,得到输墨系统的油墨传递路线。以便于对输墨系统性能进行快速有效分析和墨路的设计。
The mathematic model of the rollers,touching point and the ink section of roller was established according to the rollers information inputted via the modeling module,and the configuration of the inking system was obtained. The idea to solve the transfer path of printing ink using the knowledge of graph theory,and the floyd arithmetic was used to solve the length of every touching point's ink flow route. The transfer path of ink was determined according to the length of route. The method can be used to analyze and design inking system more effectively.
