摘要
针对某化工生产包装线设计了一套自动控制系统,系统采用PLC控制。根据控制目标,合理分配地址和输入/输出分配及外部接线,并绘制梯形图,应用GX Simulator软件实现离线调试,设计了控制面板。经过现场应用,控制效果良好。
A set of automatic control system was designed using PLC control for a chemical manufacturing and packaging line. Based on the design goal,input/output address and external connection were allocated reasonably. The ladder diagram was presented and offline debugging was carried out using GX Simulator software. At the same time,the control panel was designed. The practical application proved that the control effect is good.
