摘要
介绍了一种采用圆模负相成型新工艺、新设备生产三层PE防腐管的技术,生产的防腐管螺旋焊缝处的防腐层具有厚度减薄量很小、整体厚度均匀、无气泡、表面无螺纹线、不分层、不开裂等优点。该技术还适用于小口径三层PE防腐管的生产。产品检测的各项指标均符合SY/T0413标准要求,产品在国家重点工程哈大输气管道工程中成功应用,效果良好。
A technique producing 3PE anticorrosion pipes using the new process of round mould negative phase formation and the corresponding equipment is presented. The anticorrosion coating at helical seams formed by this technique has the advantages such as small thickness reduction, integral uniformity in thickness, no air bubble, no surface helical line, non-delamination and no crack. This technique is also suitable for production of 3PE anticorrosion pipes with small diameter. The inspected specifications of the products are in accordance with SY/T 0413 Standard. The products have successfully been used in Harbin-Daqing Gas Transmission Project — a national key project, and it has got excellent application results.
