长庆油田污水回注管材应用情况对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 长庆油田采出污水腐蚀性强,采用普通钢管输送腐蚀严重,而采用耐腐蚀型管材可较好地解决问题。文章从管材的结构特点、性能对比、现场应用与检修情况等方面论述了20#无缝钢管、双金属复合管、高压玻璃钢管、RF柔性高压复合输送管应用于不同场合回注污水输送的效果。 Because the wastewater coming from oil recovery in Cangqing Oilfield has strong corrosive effect, the ordinary steel pipelines to transport wastewater have undergone serious corrosion, and using anticorrosion pipelines can solve the corrosion problem in a certain degree. In this paper, the application results of four kinds of anticorrosion pipe goods, i.e. 20# stainless steel pipe, double metal composite pipe, high pressure glassfiber reinforced plastic pipe and RF flexible high pressure composite transmission pipe are discussed with respect to structural characteristics, performance comparison, field application and repair, and so on.
