颅外颈动脉血管病变的脑梗死临床观察

The clinical observation of cerebral infarction accompanying with abnormally extracranial carotid artery

目的通过观察颅外颈动脉血管病变,探讨不同类型脑梗死的临床特征。方法对24例脑梗死患者进行颈动脉彩色超声筛查并进行全脑及颈动脉DSA(数字减影血管造影)检查,对其血管病变进行回顾性分析。结果24例脑梗死患者中均存在颈动脉狭窄及斑块,其中5例存在双侧颈动脉狭窄及斑块。结论颈动脉血管病变是脑梗死的主要发病原因之一,临床上应予高度重视。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of different types of cerebral infarction by observing the extracranial carotid artery. Methods 24 cases which were diagnosed as cerebral infarction were exanined by carotid artery color doppler ultrasound, whole-brain and carotid artery digital subtraction angiography （ DSA ） examination. The vascular abnormality from the examination would be analysed retrospectively. Results There were carotid artery stenosis and plaque in all cases. And bilateral carotid artery stensis and plaque could be seen in 5 cases. Conclusion Abnormal carotid artery is the major cause of cerebral infarction. Doctors should pay attention to it.
