摘要
现代生物技术研发具有高度不确定性和高风险的突出特征,提高和保持研发柔性是生物技术企业的必然选择。本文首先分析研发柔性的内涵,结合现代生物技术研发的特点,着重研究了提高和保持其研发柔性的具体途径和措施。
The essence character of modern biotechnology R＆D is great uncertainty and high risk, improving and maintening R＆D flexibility is critical to biotechnology enterprises. The meaning of R＆D flexibility was discussed in this paper firstly, then, approach and measures of improving and maintening the R＆D flexibility of modern biotechnology was studied based on the characteristic of its R＆D phase.
