农业科研人员技术推广的意愿研究——基于四川省调查数据的实证分析

A study on agricultural research staffs' willingness to the technology extension:based on the investigation data in sichuan province

通过对四川省512位农业科研人员技术推广意愿的调查,比较了不同特征下农业科研人员的技术推广意愿,并分析了其推广意愿的影响因素。研究结果表明,农业科研人员的整体技术推广意愿较高,达到了76.95%,其推广意愿主要由年龄、性别、受教育水平、职称、科研年限、所在区域、科研项目类别、对单位推广管理的认知及对推广信息关注度等因素共同决定。

Based on the survey about 512 agricultural research staffs＇ willingness to the technological extension from Sichuan, the paper compared with willingness of agricultural research staffs under different characters, and analyzed some factors affecting their willingness. The results showed that agricultural research staffs＇ willingness to the technology extension was comparatively high, the datum was 76.95%. Some factors had a remarkable influence to the willingness, such as age, sex, type, the attitude to extension management in department, the extent to education level, professional title, research time, area, the research technology extension＇s attention and so on.
