摘要
为研究ＮＩＤＤＭ患者个性及个性对糖代谢的影响，本文利用艾森克人格问卷（成人式）对１０６例ＮＩＤＤＭ患者和选取与患者性别、年龄、文化背景、生活环境一致的正常健康志愿者进行１∶１配比对照研究。结果显示：①糖尿病患者具有内倾型、不稳定型及掩饰型个性特征；②个性有缺陷的糖尿病患者糖代谢紊乱较个性正常的糖尿病患者严重，缺陷程度愈重，糖代谢紊乱亦愈重。
To examine the personality characteristics of NIDDM and its effect on glucose metabolism,106 cases of NIDDM and 106 pair matched controls were examined with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ).The results showed:①The E,N and L score had obvious difference between case group and control group( P <0 05);②Glucose metabolism disturbance was more serious in the abnormal personality of NIDDM.We should think of the effect of psychosocial factors in prevention and treatment of diabetes.
