冯元桢简介

摘要 国际知名的生物工程学家、举世公认的生物力学的开创者和奠基人冯元桢先生于2007年获得旨在奖励在工程领域取得杰出学术成就人士的“拉斯奖”，2009年9月15日又是冯先生的九十华诞．作为对冯先生迟到的祝贺，本刊特邀中国科学院力学研究所研究员、中国生物医学工程学会原副理事长陶祖菜先生撰文，介绍他在冯先生实验室当访问学者期间以及此后多次接触中得到冯先生教诲的深切体会，包括冯先生的治学之道、学者风范和人格魅力，
