In order to save transaction costs and relieve contradictions between resource constraints and demand variety, and between competitive pressures and survival development, it is necessary to integrate resources among the regions for logistics enterprises in the Pearl River Delta. The common pursuit of profit makes it possible for the formation of logistics alliance. In addition, informationization construction provides it with technical support. The construction of logistics alliance in this area should consider the strengthening of the enterprise＇ s core competitiveness so as to realize the target of ＂Staggered development led by two leading powers, i. e. , enterprises and logistics alliance＂, and also intensifying their support in policy and environment improvement.
