摘要
应用气相色谱氮磷检测器对土壤中霜霉威的残留量进行了测定，方法的最低检出量为1×10^-10g，最低检出质量分数为0．03mg／kg，在0．051、0．51、1.02mg／kg添加水平下，添加回收率范围为91．21％-99．96％，变异系数范围为2．24％-5．39％。
Propamocarb in soil was determined by GC with NPD, the lowest detection limit for propamocarb was 1× 10^-10 g and the minimum detectable quality was 0.03 mg/kg. The recoveries of propamocarb from soil spiked with 0.051, 0.51, 1.02 mg/kg ranged from 91.21 to 99.96%, with the coefficient of variation of 2.24 to 5.39%.
