摘要
基础教育教学质量并没有因为使用了先进的信息技术手段而得到预期的效果,"绩效"这一概念为研究中学信息技术应用情况提供了新的视角。从信息技术教学投入和产出效益两方面考虑,对苏南和西部两地中学信息技术应用状况进行调查,通过比较分析,得出两地信息技术应用存在的问题与差距,进而对差距产生的原因进行分析,并为缩小这些差距、提高中学信息技术教学绩效提出初步设想。
The teaching quality of basic education doesn't achieve the expected results because of using advanced information technology. 'Performance' concept provides a new study perspective for applications of information technology in secondary schools. From both input and output effectiveness of information technology teaching, this article investigates applications of information technology in two secondary schools in southern of Jiangsu and western. By comparing analysis, the author results problems and gaps in applications of information technology, then analysis the causes of the gap. at last, the author provides some preliminary ideas to narrow these gaps and improve teaching performance of information technology.
