摘要
以高粱、小麦、黄瓜和油菜等4种作物种子为供试对象,采用种子萌发法测定了30种植物提取物的除草活性,结果表明:在提取液5mg/mL浓度下,29种植物提取物对至少1种供试植物根长(或茎长)抑制率达80%以上,28种植物提取物对至少2种供试植物根长(或茎长)抑制率达80%以上,19种植物提取物对至少3种供试植物根长(或茎长)抑制率达80%以上,11种植物提取物对4种供试植物根长(或茎长)抑制率达80%以上,为进一步深入研究开发新型除草剂奠定了基础。
Taking seeds of Sorghum vulgare , Triticum aestivum, Cucumis sativus and Brassica campestris as materials ,herbicidal activities of 30 plant extractions were tested using seed germination method. The results showed that 29 plant extractions had good bioactivities against at least one tested plant,28 plant extractions against at least two tested plants, 19 plant extractions against at least three tested plants,and 11 plant extractions against all four tested plants with inhibition rates over 80% when the concentration of extract was 5mg/mL ,which laid the foundation for the research and development of new herbicides.
