利用格氏反应制备多氟乙烷类液晶的新方法

A New Method for Synthesis of SFM Ethane-type Liquid Crystals

摘要 以4-氯甲基-4'-正烷基-1,1-双环己烷与3,4,5-三氟苯腈为原料,通过格氏反应合成中间体酮,再经黄鸣龙还原得多氟乙烷类液晶化合物,总收率≥60%。 A series of SFM thane-type liquid crystals were synthesized from 4 -chloromethyl-4′ -alkyl-bicyclohexyl and 3, 4, 5-Trifluorobenzonitrile as the raw materials. They were synthesized to intermediate ketone following Grignard reaction pathway. And then the ketone was reduced in the fashion of Wolff-Kishner-Huang-Minlon reduction to gain the final product. The total yield is higher than 60%.
