摘要
麝香酮(3-甲基-环十五烷酮)是麝香具有生理活性的重要组分,是麝香香味的主要来源,不仅可用作高级定香剂,而且还可用于医药。概述了近年来关于麝香酮的药理和合成情况。
Museone （3-methyl-cyclopentadecanone）is the most important ingredient with physiology activity of natural musk and the main source of musk fragrance. The pharmacology and synthesis methods of muscone in several years are reviewed in this paper.
