摘要
结合不同尿素生产工艺实际材质,从腐蚀原因到温度、氨碳比、水碳比、甲铵液浓度、氧含量、硫含量、氯离子含量、介质流速等方面论述了对尿素设备腐蚀的影响,提出了在正常生产和停车过程中的腐蚀防范措施及要求。
According to the real material used in several production processes of urea, this paper discusses the factors effecting urea equipment corrode, such as principle of corrode, temperature, the ratio of NH3 to CO2, the ratio of H2O to CO2 the concentration of formamide, the content of oxygen, sulfur and chlorine, the velocity of medium, etc.
