金融危机下体育专业大学生就业心理研究

P.E.Graduates Employment Psychological Problems under Financial Crisis and Its Countermeasures

通过毕业生、学校、社会、家庭等方面因素,对当前金融危机下体育院校毕业生就业的不良心理问题进行探讨,希望解决体育专业毕业生就业过程中发生的焦虑、挫折、自卑等不良心理问题。研究表明:体育院校应当积极引导体育专业毕业生以正面积极的态度去面对求职过程中产生的挫折、压力和挑战,使毕业生充分认识到当前大学生就业问题的严峻性和挑战性,强化他们的竞争意识,树立正确积极的就业观念。

By means of analyzing those subjective and objective factors of graduates, colleges, society, and famihes, this paper discusses the ill psychological problems of P. E. graduates when hunting jobs, hoping to help those graduates come over such ill psychological problems as anxiety, frustration and inferiority complex under the fiancial crisis.. Based on this, this paper proposes that P. E. colleges should pilot those graduates to go through setbacks, pressures, and challenges, awaken them to the grimness and challenges of getting employed, and intensify their competitive spirit so as to help them set up positive notion about employment.
